1、负责AI驱动的商户经营产品的设计与落地：将平台对车源与商户的判断，转化为商户可理解的经营诊断、机会提示与动作建议，建设面向商户的经营决策产品； 2、负责商户经营动作的闭环能力建设：建议与任务的下发执行、结果兑现、反馈回收的全链路产品设计，以及商户分级、权益兑现与申诉机制的产品形态，推动AI能力在商户经营场景的应用； 3、负责经营建议的下发与数据回收：建议展示与触达、采纳与未采纳原因、执行结果与经营效果数据的回流，支撑策略校准与效果归因；

1、3年以上策略产品经验，有供给端/商户分层、评价或资源分配类机制从0到1落地的完整经历； 2、较强的数据分析能力，能拆解并设计实验验证策略效果； 3、熟悉流量分发与排序机制，能与算法团队就策略方案有效协作； 4、较强的跨团队推动能力和策略落地能力，能将机制转化为产品能力与商户可执行的业务动作；有平台化运营、商家分层经验者优先。
