1、负责区域二手车商、二手车交易市场的商务拓展，完成合作洽谈、合同签订及抖音来客账号开通、绑定等全流程落地； 2、深度对接合作商家，建立并维护长期稳定的高价值合作关系，及时响应商家需求，解决合作过程中的各类问题； 3、严格执行商家运营 SOP，推动商家完成抖音来客装修、蓝 V / 职人号绑定、直播开播、团购券上架等操作，持续提升商家直播场次、成交转化及核销效率； 4、跟进商家日常经营数据，分析直播、成交、线索等核心指标，结合平台规则及营销活动，为商家提供针对性运营建议，助力商家提升经营效果； 5、配合平台各类营销活动落地，做好商家宣导、活动报名及跟进，提升活动参与率及转化效果，完成区域业务核心指标。

1、具备 2 年以上互联网 ToB 业务、本地生活 / 生服 BD、汽车行业商务拓展或商户运营经验，有二手车行业资源者优先； 2、熟悉本地生活 / 抖音生活服务业务逻辑，了解抖音来客、企业蓝 V、直播带货等相关操作者优先； 3、具备优秀的商务谈判能力、沟通表达能力及问题解决能力，执行力强，结果导向，能承受一定工作压力； 4、具备基础的数据分析能力，逻辑清晰，能通过数据发现问题并制定针对性解决方案，做好工作计划及时间管理； 5、人品正直，有良好的客户服务意识和团队协作精神，对行业变化有敏锐嗅觉，能快速适应平台规则及业务节奏调整。
