岗位职责： 1、负责懂车帝二手车选买内容供给增长，通过挖掘新车作者、二手车作者、车商达人、机构等创作群体，提升二手车内容的创作规模和质量。 2、深入调研分析各类作者的发展现状和需求，制定对应的内容激励合作政策，并做好作者对接维护，建立可持续创作的二手车作者群体。 3、通过分析各类内容征稿活动等形式，不断优化迭代，增加内容促产的规模化手段。 4、把控全链路数据，根据数据制定作者的优胜劣汰策略，并能指导作者优化，提升作者活跃、留存和对业务的流量、转化贡献，并优化促产成本。

职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，了解汽车类内容创作者生存状态，有2年以上汽车达人BD经验 2、有丰富的自媒体资源，对新车二手车作者熟悉度高，在内容平台有相关经验； 3、善于沟通，交流和表达能力强，能快速解决问题，有数据分析能力； 4、三观端正，正面积极，责任心及抗压力强，目标导向。
