1. 作为法务 BP 对接用户产品、内容、赛事运营等业务团队，评估 内容运营、APP 新功能、运营活动的合规风险，提供前置合规建议； 2. APP 日常内容合规审核及产品功能上线前等合规评审，跟进互联网行业法律法规及监管政策变化； 3. 配合协同团队处理日常客诉、诉前争议，避免客诉升级或争议扩大化；必要时推动进行相应的合规整改； 4. 参与公司合规体系建设、合规培训及风险治理相关工作；

1. 3年及以上互联网法务或律所工作经验； 2. 有较强的合同起草、审核、沟通能力，能独立妥当处理日常工作中的业务沟通； 3. 对内容版权有较为深入的理解，熟悉内容合作、线上运营活动涉及的平台责任的界定和厘清；或熟悉互联网产品功能的业务逻辑及上线合规审核流程，能够快速理解产品逻辑并准确识别产品需求中的合规风险； 4. 对汽车赛事活动有浓厚兴趣或熟悉赛事行业的，属于加分项；
