1、产品需求评估：支持汽车媒体+交易平台产品在海外市场的法律合规工作，就产品功能、AI应用等进行全方位法律合规评估并提出法律意见； 2、跨职能和区域协作：提供跨职能、跨区域的法律支持，与相关职能法务和各业务团队密切沟通，解决跨法律辖区、跨法律领域的复杂问题，在紧迫的时间内交付务实的解决方案，并确保符合各区域、跨境合规要求； 3、流程优化：识别流程瓶颈，为高频场景制定清晰的指引，就常见问题为相关团队提供培训，以适应业务的发展； 4、供应商管理：管理并协调外部律所/律师资源，控制法律服务效率、质量与成本； 5、商业合作支持：协助业务团队推进日常内容制作、达人运营、商业交易及运营，参与业务合同起草和谈判； 6、根据具体情况，完成分配的其他工作；

1、教育背景：法学专业，拥有海外教育背景优先； 2、工作经验：5年以上律所或互联网公司法律相关领域从业经历，有长期为出海互联网To C产品、内容运营和商业化服务、AI等领域客户提供法律服务的经验优先； 3、专业积累：拥有在互联网、AI治理、数据合规、内容审核与安全、版权、电商等任一或多个领域的实操经验； 4、法律素养：具备较强的法律问题识别与分析能力、法律文件起草审核谈判能力，并拥有处理跨法律管辖区复杂法律问题的实践经验；有职业道德和敬业精神，乐于持续学习，不断掌握新知识和技能。 5、语言能力：具备流利的英语书写能力和口语表达能力； 6、软技能：具备良好的商业意识；思维灵活，沟通能力强；能够高效并准确地理解业务诉求，平衡法律风险与运营可行性，并提供以解决方案为导向的实用建议；具备项目管理技能和成功经验。
