作为业务部门的财务伙伴，深度嵌入业务环节，承接部门财务相关全流程工作，实现财务与业务的高效协同，助力部门达成经营目标，具体职责如下： 1、预算管理：负责对接各业务部门，开展年度、季度、月度预算的编制、分解、跟踪及分析工作，及时预警预算偏差，提出合理调整建议，确保预算执行可控； 2、费用管控：负责部门日常项目的审核，优化费用使用效率，降低不合理开支； 3、财务分析：定期输出部门财务分析报告，包括预算执行情况、费用结构、成本效益等，挖掘财务数据背后的业务问题，提供针对性的财务建议，支撑部门决策； 4、流程优化：结合部门业务特点，梳理财务相关业务流程，识别流程痛点，推动流程优化，提升财务处理效率和服务体验； 5、其他工作：完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作，配合跨部门协同项目，确保财务工作与业务工作同频推进；

1、本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、审计学等相关专业，CPA、ACCA优先考虑； 2、3年财务BP、财务核算、预算管理等相关工作经验，有职能部门财务支撑经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握财务会计准则、税法相关知识，具备扎实的财务核算、预算管理、财务分析能力，能独立完成财务分析报告；熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、函数等）、财务软件及办公软件，具备一定的数据处理和分析能力； 4、熟悉企业财务管理制度及业务流程，能快速对接职能部门需求，提供专业财务支撑； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能高效对接业务部门与财务部门，推动跨部门协作；具备较强的责任心、细心度和执行力，能严谨处理财务相关工作，确保数据准确、流程合规； 6、具备一定的问题解决能力和逻辑思维，能主动挖掘财务与业务中的问题，提出合理解决方案，具备良好的职业素养和保密意识，认同公司企业文化，能承受一定的工作压力。
