1、负责外包客服团队交付管理，统筹一线和二线交付，合理排班调度，保障团队服务稳定高效运转； 2、负责内部协同和外部对接，保证业务策略、规则、流程及时传达落实外包团队，对服务交付提供支撑； 3、常态化开展录音、会话、工单质检，及时整改服务问题，持续优化SOP流程与知识库内容； 4、每日/每周监控客服核心指标，复盘数据发现问题并推动优化，提升服务效能与用户体验； 5、兜底处理高危客诉与升级工单，做到问题闭环可追溯，沉淀用户问题与业务痛点反哺产品优化； 6、完成公司安排的其它相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上客服团队管理、BPO外包交付管理经验，有互联网、汽车平台客服经验优先； 2、熟悉在线IM、热线、工单、智能机器人等全渠道客服体系，懂服务质检、流程优化及团队培训； 3、具备基础数据复盘能力，能通过数据发现问题、落地优化，有效提升团队服务指标； 4、熟悉外包团队管理模式，擅长人力调配、现场管控，抗压能力强，适配业务波动变化； 5、备良好的沟通协调能力与客诉兜底处理能力，责任心强，有较强的合规保密意识。
