1、负责DCC、外呼类产品的运维管理：通过运营手段优化产品的接通率、稳定性、有效通话率等关键指标； 2、产品迭代迭代：深入调研客户使用场景与痛点，精准提炼主机厂/商户线索后链需求，输出优化产品需求并推动产品迭代； 3、产品GTM：制定清晰的产品GTM策略，能协同各方达成GTM目标； 4、产品协同：协同其它AI、广告类产品完成创新模式的设计、商业化包装与GTM； 5、运营体系标准化建设：沉淀商户运营方法论与SOP，包括产品使用指南、培训体系、问题解决方案、活动运营模板等，提升团队运营效率与可复制性。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上汽车营销类产品运营的经验，有较强数据运营分析工作经验； 2、有优秀的沟通能力，抗压能力，具有较强的跨部门沟通协调能力，能独立承担复杂项目并拿到结果； 3、有优秀的逻辑能力和流程化思维，有较强的项目管理能力； 4、结果导向，自驱力强，能快速响应行业变化与商户需求； 5、有toB商业化产品0-1经历的是加分项。
