1、聚焦公司商业化板块，搭建商业化财务分析体系，涵盖收入、成本、利润、ROI等核心指标分析模型； 2、负责商业化业务月度、季度、年度财务分析，拆解各商业化场景的盈利情况，识别业务增长点与风险点，独立输出分析报告； 3、了解业务和商业本质，通过监控和分析，主动诊断、发掘业务日常经营异动，识别业务中存在的问题和提升点，进行深入的专题分析，输出建议，促进业务策略的迭代和优化； 4、研究行业发展趋势及市场竞争格局，梳理对业务的机会、威胁，为商业化战略的迭代提供分析和支持； 5、参与商业化业务模式优化、新业务上线的财务可行性分析，提供财务视角的专业意见，规避财务风险；

1、本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、金融学、统计学等相关专业，持有ACCA、CPA、CFA等专业证书者优先； 2、5年及以上相关工作经验，了解互联网商业化业务模式，具备业务敏感度，有互联网公司商业化板块财务分析/商分/经分/战略咨询经验优先； 3、抗压能力强，沟通协调能力强，具备良好的口头及书面表达能力，有主观能动性和主人翁精神； 4、精通办公软件，擅长数据分析，熟练使用各类数据分析及数据可视化软件。
