（一）策略规划 - 制订检测全链路风控策略，提升检测报告质量，覆盖需求对接、服务商履约、一线检测、报告输出等环节，搭建风控规则与标准体系。 - 基于行业法规与业务需求，迭代风控标准与审核流程，优化质量管控方案，降低检测风险。 - 分析检测风控数据（违规率、报告差错率、质量投诉率），输出风控优化策略与改进建议。 （二）团队与运营管理 - 管理检测审核团队，搭建审核人员能力体系，开展专业培训与考核，提升团队报告审核精准度与效率。 - 统筹一线检测师报告兜底审核工作，精准识别检测漏洞与风险点，督促整改并闭环管理。 - 联动需求、供给团队，开展风控合规宣导，推动风控要求嵌入业务全流程，定期开展风控复盘。

  • 本科及以上学历、5年以上质量管控或风控经验，3年以上团队管理经验，熟悉二手车检测技术与质量标准。
  • 具备极强的风控体系搭建与策略制定能力，能精准识别全链路风险点，输出系统性管控方案。
  • 良好的团队管理与审核把控能力，擅长搭建审核标准与人员培养体系，保障检测质量兜底效果。
  • 熟悉二手车行业相关法规，具备数据思维与跨部门协同能力，推动风控与业务深度融合。
