1、本科及以上学历，3年以上CRM/ERP等内部系统运营经验，具备从0到1推广落地完整案例； 2、熟练使用SQL等数据工具能力，具备通过数据运营推动问题解决的能力 ； 3、具备客户视角和需求分析能力，有效监控与推动关键功能的落地和使用； 4、较好的项目管理能力及内外部沟通能力，能与业产技等团队深度协同，高效推进落地。
