1. 收入结算与资金认款：负责收入结算与对账管理，执行资金认款与账务复核，及时处理对账平台差异及未达账项，保障收入结算流程的高效与合规。 2. 日常票据与收支审核：负责全流程的票据合规性管理，包括日常充值审批、发票开具审批及退款审核。严格把控审核口径，确保每一笔资金流出符合公司财务制度及税务合规要求，规避资金风险。 3. 账务处理：负责费用端的账务会计处理，确保费用归集准确、分摊合理。协助进行往来款项的清理与核对，负责询证函的审核与跟进，确保资产负债表相关科目的真实性与准确性。 4. 流程合规：在执行日常核算工作中，保持敏锐的观察力。主动识别现有流程（如充值、退款、对账）中的冗余环节、系统Bug或合规漏洞，能提出建设性的优化建议，协同上级推动财务流程的标准化与自动化改进。 5. 专项工作： 负责就相关核算事务与内外部审计进行对接，并完成上级交办的其他财务专项工作。

1. 专业背景： 本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业。 3年左右财务工作经验，具备互联网行业财务经验或四大会计师事务所审计经验者优先。 2. 专业技能： 熟悉国家财经法律法规及企业会计准则，具备扎实的财务核算功底。 熟练使用Excel及各类财务软件/ERP系统，对数据敏感，具备良好的数据处理能力。 3. 关键素质： 踏实细致： 能够沉下心处理大量基础、繁琐的数据核对与审核工作，具备高度的耐心和责任心，对数字准确性有“洁癖”。 聪明敏锐： 具备优秀的逻辑思维与学习能力（Learning Agility），不墨守成规，能从重复性工作中总结规律，发现问题本质。 沟通协作： 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能与业务BP、BPO团队顺畅对接，推进工作闭环。
