1、联动数据分析与策略团队，开展业务预算核算盘点，统筹各项目目标、成本管控，对齐公司整体经营要求，推进项目立项全流程审批落地。 2、对接各节目制作组与采购部门，优化供应商筛选匹配机制，分级保障不同体量内容项目的供应商选型合规、高效适配，及时处置合作执行中的突发问题。 3、兼顾内容创作、业务落地、风控合规维度，深度跟进多项目并行管理，规范项目推进流程，保障资源投入匹配业务预期成效。 4、牵头项目收尾验收工作，组织项目复盘总结，沉淀流程经验与问题优化方案。

1、学历与专业：统计学、审计、财务、信息管理等相关专业优先；1-3 年内容类 、新媒体行业项目管理运营经验者优先；懂内容生产、运营、分发的行业规律； 2、数据能力：熟练使用 Excel（VLOOKUP、函数公式），具备基础会计能力者加分； 3、业务理解：对不同量级项目的统筹管理有经验、有认知、有方法，可多线运营管理项目，把控项目进度； 4、协作与抗压：有大局观，人品正直，执行力强，做事细心，合规意识强，沟通协调能力出色。
