1、本科及以上学历，2年以上策略/商业分析/经营分析相关工作经验，有广告营销业务经验优先，有渠道/供应商业务相关经验优先； 2、具备从0-1的业务设计和落地能力，有项目全生命周期管理经验加分； 3、具备分析能力，能够以事实为基础抽象出业务模型，识别策略发力点与优先级，抗压能力强； 4、积极主动，对工作和生活有热情；愿意接受新事物、迎接新挑战，具备平衡各方需求的能力，追求工作价值。
