1、依托字节全域流量与数据能力，聚焦汽车行业广告商业化产品策略，深度承接汽车品牌广告、效果广告业务增长目标。结合汽车行业营销趋势、投放场景与用户转化链路，通过数据洞察挖掘广告投放增量机会、优化流量变现效率，输出可落地的广告产品策略，赋能业务规模化增长与产品迭代升级； 2、负责汽车广告全链路数据体系搭建与沉淀，覆盖广告曝光、点击、投放、线索、成交等线上全场景，搭建标准化广告度量、诊断、优化闭环体系。基于数据复盘广告投放策略、流量分发规则、产品计费与转化模型，对内持续提升汽车广告商业化体量、投放ROI与流量利用率，对外助力合作汽车品牌优化广告投放效率、降低获客成本、提升营销转化价值； 3、主导汽车广告产品策略的数据模型与策略方案设计，深度联动数据产品、数据开发、广告运营团队，完成广告新策略、新产品、新商业模式的从0到1落地验证。涵盖策略可行性分析、数据预演、小流量测试、模型迭代、全量上线与效果监控，持续优化广告分发、出价、人群定向、素材匹配等核心产品策略，同时支撑业务年度BP规划、策略复盘与商业化目标拆解落地； 4、针对汽车广告业务复杂场景，梳理业务核心痛点与增长瓶颈，沉淀通用化、可复用的广告产品数据策略方法论，为汽车广告常态化运营、新品迭代、行业客户定制化营销方案提供核心数据支撑与策略指导。

1、计算机、统计学、数学、经济学、市场营销等相关专业，3年及以上互联网数据科学、广告商业化数据分析/策略相关工作经验，具备扎实的数据清洗、统计分析、数据挖掘、商业建模理论基础，有汽车行业广告商业化经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的广告产品策略分析与数据驱动增长能力，精通广告业务逻辑，熟悉效果广告、品牌广告投放链路、流量分发机制、出价竞价策略、转化归因体系；熟练掌握SQL/Hive数据查询与分析，精通Python/R数据处理工具，能够独立完成广告策略建模、效果评估、策略迭代，有广告产品优化、ROI提升、增量挖掘的成功实战案例； 3、具备极强的商业数据洞察与广告产品敏感度，能够精准捕捉汽车广告业务痛点、流量机会与用户营销需求，擅长拆解复杂商业化问题，整合数据与业务资源，输出体系化的广告产品解决方案，可将零散策略沉淀为标准化产品能力与运营方法论； 4、具备良好的跨团队协同能力、逻辑思维能力与抗压能力，能够高效联动产品、技术、运营、商务团队推进策略落地，具备独立负责广告产品策略迭代、新项目从0到1落地的完整经验。
