1、负责基于字节全域数据进行汽车业务的数据科学工作，支持商业化业务增长。结合汽车行业发展，通过数据能力探索行业交易方向的增长点，并支持产品落地与推广； 2、通过汽车行业线上与线下各场景分析，沉淀度量体系，实现度量诊断、执行建议与监控迭代的闭环。通过数据能力，对外提升合作品牌各业务环节的收益与价值，对内提升商业化体量规模与ROI； 3、负责商业数据产品的模型设计，与数据产品、数据开发同学深度合作，通过可行性验证、数据预演与模型交付等工作，从0到1支持新产品落地，并结合业务验证与反馈不断迭代。

1、计算机、统计学、数学、经济学等相关专业，具有统计分析、数据挖掘、NLP、推荐、运筹学等理论基础和相关工作经验； 2、具备优秀的商业数据分析、数据挖掘能力、机器学习能力，熟练SQL/Hive等数据库语言，熟悉Python或者R等数据处理语言，并有数据驱动业务增长相关成功实战经验； 3、敏锐的商业数据洞察能力和良好的商业敏感度，面对复杂的商业问题，能够整合资源，梳理业务逻辑沉淀体系解决方案，提炼通用性应用于产品和业务。
