1. 负责二手车品类经营方向的产品建设，围绕车源选品、库存管理、车源诊断、经营决策等核心场景，完成产品规划、设计与落地，对品类经营效率和效果负责； 2. 深度结合 AI 大模型能力，负责二手车品类 Agent 的设计与落地，推动 AI 在经营分析、策略制定和决策辅助等场景中的应用，提升品类经营的准确性与效率； 3. 负责品类经营相关的数据能力和评估体系建设，通过数据分析、用户调研和业务结果评估持续优化产品能力，沉淀可复用的 AI 产品方法； 4. 协同业务、算法、数科和研发团队推进复杂项目落地，持续探索大模型驱动的智能体产品在汽车经营场景中的创新应用。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上产品相关工作经验，有 AI 产品、数据产品、策略产品或汽车行业相关经验者优先； 2. 熟悉 AI 智能体产品设计逻辑，了解大模型应用、数据分析和效果评估的基本方法，有相关产品实际落地经验者优先； 3. 具备较强的业务洞察、产品设计和跨团队沟通能力，能够独立负责复杂产品项目的规划、推进和落地； 4. 对 AI 技术和汽车行业充满热情，具备较强的责任心、执行力和抗压能力，愿意持续探索新技术在业务场景中的应用。
