1、本科及以上学历，2 年以上效果广告产品相关经验，熟悉广告投放全流程（定向、出价、创意）者优先； 2、具备较强的产品思维与需求拆解能力，能独立完成产品方案设计与落地； 3、良好的跨部门沟通与项目推进能力，能协调技术、销售等多团队达成目标； 4、了解汽车行业者、有线索产品经验者加分。
