1、此岗位围绕汽车经销商4S店合作展开，主要负责汽车经销商客户在抖音平台直播和短视频的赋能培训等，通过产品、服务，对经销商的投资人及厂家的区域进行心智提升，同时通过服务提高经销商运营能力，以达到提升经销商的满意度和忠诚度的效果，最终推动广告业务增长； 2、商务谈判：针对经销商、品牌大区、小区通过有效的沟通和营销策略，促使客户完成更高的季度消耗；深入了解客户的业务规模和发展规划，将卖车通的能力嵌入到客户的经营中，且让商家有盈利提升； 3、头部客户关系维护：建立并保持与现有头部客户的密切沟通渠道，定期回访，了解他们在广告投放过程中的体验和需求变化；当客户遇到问题或有新的需求时，迅速响应，协调内部资源，及时提供针对性的解决方案，增强客户对合作的信心，从而巩固合作关系，保障高满意度和忠诚度； 4、销售方案制定：深入分析客户的广告需求和目标，结合市场趋势和公司资源，为每个头部客户量身定制广告销售方案；这些方案应包括广告形式、投放渠道、投放时间等关键要素，确保能最大程度地满足客户的营销目标，有效推动 APP提升； 5、产品需求迭代和方法论沉淀：收集客户在使用广告产品过程中的反馈，分析其中对产品改进的建议，为产品团队提供有价值的输入，促进产品的优化和升级。对成功的销售案例和服务模式进行总结，为后续的业务拓展和客户服务提供指导； 6、经销商客户的促单和成单：收到商机信息，迅速跟进经销商客户，了解他们的意向和需求；通过专业的沟通和有吸引力的广告方案，消除客户的疑虑，推动客户完成广告投放上线，实现订单的促成； 7、市场调研与分析：持续关注广告市场动态，包括新兴的广告形式、外部的新策略等，及时收集相关信息；同时，重视客户反馈，将这些信息整合分析，为公司的广告产品研发方向和整体销售策略调整提供有力依据。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、具备广告环境的分析能力，有汽车行业经验优先，有对接过小区、集团等客户经验； 3、了解信息流广告，2年以上广告销售经验/汽车媒体销售经验者优先； 4、具有较强的沟通能力，敏锐的市场洞察力，分析与解决问题的能力。
