1、 业务经营分析：负责二手车电商业务经营分析，围绕线索、到店、成交、闭环、CPS收入等核心指标，持续拆解业务漏斗并定位关键问题； 2、运营策略制定：基于业务数据分析及经营目标，制定车商分层、流量分配、销售转化、交易闭环等相关运营策略，持续提升业务转化及经营效率； 3、策略落地推进：协同产品、网销、业务运营等各作业环节，推动既定策略快速落地执行，解决执行过程中的问题，确保策略有效转化为业务结果； 4、效果评估与迭代：持续跟踪策略执行效果，通过数据验证策略收益，及时调整优化，并沉淀可复制的业务运营方法论。

1、 数据处理与分析能力：熟练使用 Excel（高级函数、数据透视表等）；熟悉 SQL 数据提取，有数据建模或可视化工具使用经验者优先。同时具备较强的数据分析、数据解读和问题解决能力，能够从复杂业务数据中识别关键问题并形成有效判断； 2、策略能力：具备较强的业务策略敏感度及结果意识，能够理解流量、供给、转化、交易等核心经营逻辑及用户、商家与平台之间的利益关系，并从整体业务目标出发进行策略输出； 3、沟通协作：具备良好的沟通表达和跨团队协作能力，能够清晰、有说服力地阐述分析结论及策略建议，并推动各协同团队形成共识； 4、3年以上互联网/电商/本地生活/汽车行业相关经验，有二手车、电商交易从0到1业务探索经验者优先。
