1、案例复盘：主导C端售后争议检测失误案例复盘工作，每月组织跨部门研讨会议，从漏检、未标注双维度分析问题根因，输出可落地的闭环复盘报告； 2、争议优化：搭建售后争议数据监控体系，沉淀典型问题案例库；跟进数据报告展示逻辑优化，推进高频售后问题专项整改落地； 3、品控运营：制定中台品控团队激励与考核政策，维护日清/周会/双周对齐会的运营机制，推进检测SOP标准化落地执行； 4、机构管理：监控第三方检测机构的检测异常数据，协同督导团队完成机构技术赋能工作，搭建测试车、非量产车等特殊场景案例库； 5、跨域协同：对接自营、加盟、全国购等多条业务线，快速响应并解决检测争议相关问题；

1、全日制本科及以上学历，3-5年品控/运营/质量管理相关工作经验，有汽车行业或售后领域经验优先； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力、标准化流程制定能力，以及优秀的跨部门协同推进能力； 3、具备良好的问题拆解能力和逻辑思维，能够独立推动复杂问题落地解决。
