1、官号全链路运营：统筹 B 端营销部门官方账号在多平台的运营工作，规划内容发布节奏，分析播放量、互动率、商机留资率等数据，制定流量增长与商机转化策略，定期输出复盘报告并优化运营方案； 2、内容全流程创作：研究分析业务产品、营销活动及行业解决方案，结合 B 端客户（车商、经销商、车企）画像，策划口播类短视频及车商短视频选题，完成脚本撰写、拍摄指导与后期制作，确保内容兼具专业性与传播性，强化品牌专业度与商机吸引力； 3、营销活动协同：支持线上线下营销活动的视频内容制作，包括活动预告、案例解析、复盘短片等，跟踪活动相关商机数据（留资量、跟进进度、转化率），与业务团队协作，优化内容触达策略，提升线索有效率； 4、行业竞品研究：持续关注二手车行业 B 端营销动态，分析竞品官号内容、运营策略及数据表现，结合行业政策动向，提炼创新点，推动内容差异化竞争。

1、本科及以上学历，1 年以上视频账号运营经验，有汽车媒体或 ToB 服务行业背景优先，具备成功案例者更佳； 2、具备较强的内容策划能力，能独立完成从选题到成片的全流程工作，熟悉短视频平台规则与算法机制； 3、拥有出色的数据敏感度，擅长分析短视频数据及后链路转化数据，通过数据驱动优化运营策略； 4、对汽车行业发展趋势有深刻理解，能对竞品直播间及账号进行专业分析与判断，具备创新思维。
