1.整体产品负责：统筹懂车帝海外 C 端产品的整体规划与 roadmap 制定，对产品的用户规模、活跃度、留存及核心业务指标负责。 2.工具方向：负责海外产品工具模块的体系建设，包括车型库、车源库、搜索、AI 应用等核心基础设施，为用户提供专业、全面的看车选车体验。 3.内容与社区方向：负责内容与社区产品的搭建与生态建设，包括创作者体系、内容分发策略、互动机制等核心方向，驱动内容生态的健康增长。 4.增长方向：负责国际化增长产品体系的搭建与优化，在 ROI 约束下实现用户规模增长，对 DNU、新用户留存及增长效率负责。 5.团队管理：带领产品团队，负责团队的招聘、培养与梯队建设，提升团队整体战斗力。 6.跨团队协同：推动研发、设计、运营、市场等团队高效协作，确保产品方案落地，并通过数据验证持续迭代优化。 7.市场洞察：深入研究海外目标市场的用户习惯、竞争格局与行业趋势，为产品决策和业务方向提供依据。

1.本科及以上学历，5 年以上互联网产品经验，2 年以上团队管理经验，有海外 C 端产品负责人或 Product Lead 经验。 2.有媒体属性或交易属性的互联网海外 C 端产品经验（如内容平台、社区产品、电商 / 交易平台、工具型产品等），汽车行业背景优先。 3.具备从 0 到 1 搭建产品的经验，能从模糊的业务目标中拆解定义产品方向、核心路径和 MVP 方案。 4.具备良好的业务洞察、数据分析和战略思考能力，能够基于数据和用户洞察驱动产品决策。 5.优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力和项目推进能力，能在复杂环境中推动多方协作拿到结果。 6.英语流利，可作为工作语言；熟悉海外市场特点与用户习惯，有多国家 / 地区产品经验者优先。 7.自驱力强，有创业心态，能在不确定性中快速试错、持续迭代。
