1、主导效果类广告核心产品体系搭建，涵盖竞价投放平台、转化提效工具等，深度挖掘广告主、销售及运营端核心诉求，完成从需求分析、产品规划到原型设计的全流程落地； 2、负责核心竞价策略模块的设计与迭代，包括 oCPM 智能出价体系、实时竞价（RTB）机制、多 EA 竞价规则、成本管控工具等，围绕广告主核心投放目标（如获客、转化、成本控制）优化模型逻辑； 3、联动技术团队高效推进产品研发落地，全程跟进项目迭代进度，快速响应并解决上线后各类功能及体验问题，保障广告投放全链路稳定流畅； 4、建立跨部门协同机制，联动运营、销售及数据团队，持续追踪广告投放效果数据，基于数据洞察优化产品核心能力（如出价精准度、定向颗粒度、转化链路效率）。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年及以上效果广告产品一线实战经验，精通广告投放全链路（定向、出价、创意、转化等核心环节）； 2、具备体系化产品思维与高效需求拆解能力，能独立完成复杂产品方案的设计、落地及迭代优化； 3、拥有优秀的跨部门沟通协调与项目推进能力，可有效联动技术、销售、运营等多团队达成业务目标； 4、具备数据驱动意识，擅长通过数据发现问题并推动产品优化； 5、有汽车行业背景、交易类产品或营销工具类产品经验者优先。
