1、负责车系、选车（含二手车）、车型对比等垂类内容的原创编辑与产出，包括深度选题策划、测试观点撰写、内容文案制作等，保障内容专业度与用户决策价值； 2、为AI产品（选车助手、车型问答、对比推荐等）生产原创观点输出，编写高质量、结构化的理想态模本（标准答案/参考答案），作为模型训练与效果评测的黄金基准； 3、搭建并执行汽车垂类AI内容评测体系，针对车系、选车、对比等核心场景设计评测指标、评测数据集与执行流程，开展模型版本迭代评测与基线对比； 4、挖掘AI输出中的幻觉、参数错误、推理缺陷与内容质量问题，输出评测报告，驱动产研持续优化； 5、建设汽车领域评测Case库、Prompt样本与理想答案库，协同研发推进自动化评测建设； 6、追踪汽车领域热点与行业动态，维护汽车行业资源，沉淀内容方法论与评测方法论，联动团队输出智能化相关原创素材。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上汽车编辑/汽车内容相关工作经验，熟知汽车媒体及汽车行业发展现状与未来趋势； 2、汽车专业知识过硬，对车型有充分理解，精通车系、选车（含二手车）、车型对比等内容场景，持有驾照优先； 3、文字功底扎实，视角有高度，能独立撰写深度原创内容，具备较强的观点提炼与输出能力； 4、对AI/大模型有基本认知，熟悉LLM、RAG、Agent基础能力，理解大模型幻觉与垂类知识问答评测痛点；有大模型评测、理想答案编写或Prompt工程经验者优先； 5、具备较强的数据分析能力与文档撰写能力，掌握Python基础脚本能力者优先； 6、沟通良好，有较强团队合作意识与抗压能力，能接受项目出差。
