1、本科及以上学历，对汽车行业工作有浓厚兴趣，有相关行业经验优先； 2、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能主动推进跨部门有效沟通并拉通资源、问题解决； 3、有业务运营经验优先，有较强的责任心和目标感，具备业务思维、闭环作业习惯、Owner意识； 4、具备较强的执行力与扎实的数据能力，熟练使用常见数据分析工具，具备复杂数据提炼和呈现能力。
