1. 基于二手车交易内容产出，负责看车、验车、评估定损等工作，能够准确排查车辆事故、泡水、火烧、调表等问题；能够结合车辆卖点及当下行情策划直播主题和短视频内容优先。 2.了解二手车实时行情，结合车型年份、配置、车况、市场供需、热销程度等因素，能够完成车辆精准定价，出具贴合当下市场的收车价格。 3. 持续更新二手车全系车型行情数据库，熟悉轿车、SUV、商务车等各类主流车型的价格波动规律，同步梳理新车降价、库存、政策变动对二手车价格的影响。

1. 了解二手车行业，具备5年以上二手车行业实操经验，有独立看车、定价、收车全流程经验，可精准识别事故车、水泡车、火烧车、调表车；持有二手车评估师证书优先。 2. 精通二手车市场行情，掌握主流品牌、全系车型的价格体系，能根据当下市场动态、车况差异、地区价差快速、精准预估车辆实时价值，能够保证定价准确率。 3. 熟悉二手车行业收车规则、市场波动规律，能精准捕捉新车政策、季节市场、供需变化对二手车价格的影响，灵活调整定价标准。 4. 具备良好的沟通谈判能力，抗压性强，做事严谨负责，了解二手车内容优先。
