1、3年以上策略产品经验，有供给端/商户分层、评价或资源分配类机制从0到1落地的完整经历； 2、较强的数据分析能力，能拆解并设计实验验证策略效果； 3、熟悉流量分发与排序机制，能与算法团队就策略方案有效协作； 4、较强的跨团队推动能力和策略落地能力，能将机制转化为产品能力与商户可执行的业务动作；有平台化运营、商家分层经验者优先。
