1. 负责抖音汽车交易内容生态建设，包括二手车和新车交易，通过达人合作、商家共建、机构签约等方式，规模化撮合达人参与，带来交易规模； 2. 制定达人分层合作策略与多元结算模式，跑通可循环撮合模型并产品化，可自主让达人/机构、商家可自助参与； 3. 通过外包人力、撮合平台等规模化触达手段，持续扩大合作达人和商家池，建立可复用的合作达人挖掘与培训方法论； 4. 优化交易内容效率，包括内容形式和主题等，提升参与达人的收益和降低货盘方的经营成本；

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上内容运营、达人营销、电商直播运营或交易/线索类运营经验，有汽车、房产、家居等本地生活或高客单价行业经验优先； 2. 熟悉抖音内容生态和达人合作模式，有从0到1搭建达人合作体系、管理MCN机构资源的经验； 3. 结果导向，对线索量、线索成本、转化率、GMV等交易类指标有强烈的敏感度和实际操盘经验； 4. 具备规模化运营思维，善于设计SOP和利用BPO/工具/产品化手段提升效率。
