1、技术敏感度：熟悉影视新技术生态（如虚拟制片、实时渲染、AI 视觉工具链），能快速理解技术原理与创作结合点；有 [UE5/Unity 引擎应用、动捕设备操作、AI 图像生成工具使用] 等至少 1 项技术实践经验； 2、视觉审美能力：具备扎实的美术基础（如构图、色彩理论、动态设计），对影视视听语言有深入理解（如镜头运动与视觉引导的关系）；能独立输出高完成度的视觉概念图、动态分镜或视觉 Demo（需附作品集）； 3、跨领域思维：擅长在 “技术限制” 与 “创意表达” 间寻找平衡，能将抽象概念转化为可执行的技术方案；对影视、游戏、艺术、科技等领域有广泛涉猎，具备跨界灵感整合能力。
