1、本科及以上学历，有从0到1的项目运营经验，熟悉平台化运营体系，3年及以上汽车相关行业工作经验优先； 2、具备数据分析能力，逻辑清晰，能够通过数据分析发现问题，并能推动解决； 3、有成本和收益认知，有项目管理和资源整合能力，对业务长期发展及规划有较强的判断力，具备创新精神，能将繁琐重复工作自动化； 4、善于跨部门沟通，性格开朗，执行力强，有一定抗压能力和自驱力，有良好的团队合作精神； 5、有过汽车行业商家/商品/行业运营经验者优先。
