1、成本与政策管理：结合业务发展目标，全流程监控成本与收入进展，实现费用投入高效、合规、可控；整合多维度业务数据完成专项分析，输出落地性优化建议，为顶层政策迭代与业务战略决策提供数据支撑； 2、数据体系搭建与经营分析：协助搭建成本政策类数据体系，推动自动化分析看板落地，持续提升数据分析效率与数据资产化能力，输出各纬度分析报告，对指标异动展开分析，及时发现问题并提出解决方向； 3、销售运营与流程标准化：统筹跨部门对接协调，及时优化现有业务流程，搭建标准化、可落地执行的业务操作 SOP，规范全流程作业标准，提升业务运转效率； 4、跟进各类客户激励政策落地，跟踪政策执行过程中的卡点与异常问题，定期开展政策效果复盘，快速迭代优化调整方案，维持业务长期健康可持续发展。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上经营分析、商业分析、成本管理或政策体系管理相关工作经验，有广告商业化、汽车行业经验优先； 2、具备数据拆解、分析复盘能力，自主学习意识强；熟练运用Excel、PPT、Thinkcell完成可视化分析报告者优先； 3、逻辑思维强，跨部门沟通协调能力强，工作严谨细致，拥有极强的责任心与执行力，有创意意识； 4、善于沟通合作，目标感和自驱力强，能够积极面对挑战和挫折。
