1、本科及以上学历，3年以上商业产品经验，了解广告或推荐策略，有广告和推荐协同策略经验者优先； 2、敏锐的商业洞察能力，优秀的商业模式策略探索欲，熟悉汽车行业商业模式优先； 3、良好的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度，辩证思维，能够站在媒体、客户、用户多角度思考问题，寻找全局最优决策； 4、优秀的换位思考及跨团队沟通协作能力，开放的心态，持续学习的进取心。
