1、负责社区中台核心线上运营工作，落地车友圈层运维、社区活动策划执行、核心用户维系，监控社区活跃度、内容质量、用户互动等核心指标，保障社区日常生态良性运转； 2、深耕汽车社区业务数据复盘，优化社区内容激励、用户促活、圈层运营策略，迭代中台运营玩法，助力社区优质UGC增量、用户粘性提升； 3、对接内部商业化团队，同步社区现有资源、用户基础信息，配合完成社区侧资源对接、信息同步、联动项目落地执行，做好跨部门协同对接工作； 4、对接合作伙伴，完成非商业化生态合作沟通、洽谈跟进，协助完成资源互换、社区联动活动、行业共建类合作落地执行； 5、维护存量外部生态合作伙伴，统筹合作全流程跟进，整理运营及合作数据，输出基础复盘报表，协同团队完成运营优化，助力团队达成社区运营目标。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网平台产品/社区一线运营全职经验，有汽车垂类、内容社区运营经验优先； 2、具备扎实社区一线实操能力，完整参与社区活动、用户、UGC内容全流程运营，具备业务数据拆解、车友用户洞察能力，可依托数据优化促活、内容运营玩法，独立完成运营复盘工作； 3、具备基础商务对接能力，可独立对接外部合作方，完成沟通、对接、跟进工作，仅做非商业化资源联动，无商务议价、营收考核； 4、具备良好跨部门沟通能力，能顺畅对接内部商业化及协作团队，执行力强、做事闭环，适配字节团队协作节奏； 5、熟练使用飞书、基础数据分析工具，态度踏实，愿意深耕社区一线运营，认同汽车垂类生态。
