1、全域营销策略：负责汽车后市场行业电商节点、大促、品类整合营销，制定并落地线上+线下一体化营销策略，通过线上大促、品类活动、线下会销、行业沙龙、商家品鉴会等形式，强化行业B端商家与C端用户心智，提升行业转化与品牌影响力； 2、全场景活动策划：基于行业趋势、商家需求、用户洞察，制定短中长期线上+线下活动规划，包括但不限于：电商大促、热点营销、品类专场、线下商家会销、区域沙龙、行业闭门会、品鉴体验活动等，统筹全流程策划与方案输出； 3、内外部资源整合：整合电商、商业化、销售、区域、商家及外部渠道资源，联动推进线上活动落地、线下会场统筹、嘉宾邀约、流程搭建、现场执行与效果收口，确保活动高质量交付； 4、项目全周期管理：负责线上大促与线下会销/沙龙活动的策略、预算、排期、统筹、执行、复盘全流程管理，高效跨部门协同，把控项目风险与进度，保障活动效果与业务目标达成； 5、效果闭环与迭代：通过数据监控活动效果，复盘线上转化、线下到场率、商家参与度、线索转化、复购等核心指标，持续优化活动模型、话术体系、流程体验，形成可复制的活动方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商平台/汽车后市场/本地生活/ToB商业化活动经验，具备成熟线上大促操盘 + 线下会销/沙龙/商家会议/行业活动实操经验者优先； 2、能独立负责全域活动策划：既懂线上大促节奏、流量玩法、品类运营，也具备线下会销全流程能力（方案、邀约、现场、流程、促单、复盘），能独立操盘完整活动项目； 3、具备强资源整合、项目统筹、跨部门协同能力，能高效推动内外部合作、商家邀约、场地对接、现场执行与风险把控； 4、具备良好数据敏感度与复盘能力，能通过数据定位问题、优化活动模型，用数据驱动线上线下活动效果提升； 5、具备较强商务沟通、现场控场、商家运营意识，有ToB商家运营、会销转化、区域活动、行业沙龙经验加分； 6、执行力强、抗压性好、结果导向，擅长在新业务场景下快速搭建活动体系、创新玩法并落地闭环。
