1. 【客户对象】面向国内自主品牌汽车主机厂销售公司和集团总部，对接终端新媒体、销售、市场营销等部门，推动以抖音为主的竞价广告产品（本地通）的预算拉动与效果监控，帮助经销商终端搭建基于抖音平台的新媒体线上获客业务。 2. 【工作内容】协同内部终端团队、服务商生态跟进广告效果，并给厂家做阶段性复盘，给出总部对经销商新媒体工作的月度、季度、年度策略建议，保障主机厂和经销商在终端新媒体渠道上持续投入、扩大线上获客与成交占比; 3. 【技能画像】熟悉效果广告产品、懂车云店线索经营产品等，并制定有针对性的营销策略,解决客户需求,了解对汽车行业主机厂、经销商经营生态，能根据行业、客户现状给到对应策略牵引落地。 4. 【能力要求】需要具备对to B客户高层攻坚和跨部门沟通的销售能力、主机厂-区域-经销商自上而下的生意经营和业务洞察力、平台广告产品和线索产品理解能力、平台投放与经营策略落地运营能力、内部资源协同整合能力。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、汽车行业相关，3年以上互联网汽车广告或汽车主机厂新媒体经验，了解、熟悉汽车主机厂、区域、经销商集团客户资源者优先； 3、拥抱变化，有意愿且善于学习研究公司的广告产品； 4、数据敏感、善于总结，具备一定的汇报和演讲技巧； 5、具备良好的沟通表达能力、客户维护和攻坚能力。
