1、负责端内外重点活动的整体策划与落地执行，明确活动目标，设计具有增长驱动力的活动机制，提升用户活跃、留存与转化。 2、有较强的线上线下活动策划能力，能基于用户需求，围绕业务目标设计活动玩法、流程、关键节点并完成活动线上线下的打通与前后兼顾。 3、结合业务节奏及用户需求，制定活动运营策略与节奏规划，沉淀可复用的活动玩法与方法论。 4、对活动全链路效果负责，包含活动立项、上线执行、数据复盘与策略优化，形成系统性的运营增长方案。 5、关注市场与竞品动态，洞察用户兴趣趋势，不断探索创新的活动形式与沟通表达，打造独特的活动体验。

1、本科及以上学历，热爱汽车，赛道/跑山/越野/改装类玩家优先考虑，网感强，对UGC类内容和社区有一定的消费和使用习惯； 2、对用户行为与内容传播有敏锐洞察，具备从用户视角设计活动机制与激励体系的能力。 3、有较强的独立思考能力，能深刻理解年轻用户群体（尤其汽车用户）的兴趣、行为及社交偏好，并据此制定有效的运营策略。 4、结果导向，逻辑清晰，具备扎实的数据分析能力，能够通过数据验证活动成效并持续优化。 5、具备良好的项目管理与跨团队协作能力，沟通高效，能在复杂环境中推动目标达成。
