1、本科及以上学历，有3年以上广告产品运营，具备电商或汽车行业运营经验者优先； 2、对数据敏感，具备一定的数据分析能力，熟悉抖音流量和推荐逻辑者优先； 3、具备良好的沟通技巧和组织协调能力，有强烈的结果导向思维，抗压能力强，富有激情和创造性； 4、有很强的责任心和团队合作意识，学习能力强，自驱力好。
