1、负责订单中台产品规划与能力建设，完成订单模型、订单状态、订单流转、履约节点、售后链路等核心模块设计； 2、围绕订单创建、支付、履约、售后等全链路场景，梳理不同业务模式下的交易流程，抽象通用能力并支持业务快速接入； 3、负责订单履约相关产品方案设计，包括订单生命周期管理、履约状态同步、异常订单处理、取消退款、售后服务等场景； 4、与业务、研发、测试、运营、客服、财务及外部系统团队协作，推动需求评审、方案落地、上线验收和持续迭代； 5、建立订单履约链路的数据监控与问题诊断机制，持续提升订单成功率、履约及时性、售后处理效率和系统稳定性； 6、结合业务发展阶段，推动订单中台产品架构升级，提升平台化、配置化、可扩展能力，支撑多业务、多角色、多流程的交易闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年及以上中后台、交易平台、订单系统、履约系统或电商相关产品经验；有复杂交易链路产品经验者优先； 2、熟悉订单全生命周期管理，理解订单创建、支付、履约、售后、退款、异常处理等核心流程及关键风险点； 3、具备较强的业务抽象能力和系统化产品设计能力，能够在复杂业务场景中沉淀通用模型和平台能力； 4、具备良好的逻辑分析、需求拆解、项目推进和跨团队沟通能力，能协调多方资源推动复杂项目落地； 5、对数据敏感，能够通过指标监控、问题归因和用户反馈持续优化交易链路体验与履约效率； 6、具备较强的责任心和结果导向，能够在高复杂度、高协同密度的业务环境中稳定推进项目。
