1.、项目策划与提案输出：独立负责汽车类内容项目的整体策划、方案撰写与提案落地，涵盖车型解析、用车科普、汽车改装、试驾vlog、车企品牌合作等全类型汽车内容项目；结合市场热点、车型特性、用户喜好输出完整、可落地的项目策划方案、执行脚本与传播思路； 2、资源对接与项目统筹：对接车企、车行、合作方车型资源，完成车辆对接、车况核对、拍摄档期统筹；整理归档项目素材、方案、脚本，建立标准化汽车项目执行流程。

1、专业能力硬性要求：具备扎实的全维度专业汽车知识，熟悉燃油车、新能源汽车（纯电、混动）核心构造、动力系统、电池技术、底盘调校、车辆配置、改装常识、用车保养、汽车行业政策与市场车型动态，能够精准输出专业汽车解读内容，无基础知识误区； 2、从业经验要求：拥有完整的汽车内容项目策划、实地拍摄落地经验，有汽车自媒体、汽车MCN机构、车企品牌内容、汽车短视频/长视频项目执行实操经验；独立参与或主导过汽车试驾、车型测评、汽车科普、改装实拍等相关项目，熟悉汽车类内容从策划、拍摄到上线的完整链路； 3、技能能力要求：熟练掌握短视频、中长视频拍摄逻辑，精准匹配汽车内容风格；具备优秀的文案功底，可独立产出专业、通俗易懂的汽车垂直内容文案； 4、综合素养要求：具备优秀的项目统筹、现场控场能力，执行力强、细节敏感度高，能高效把控拍摄进度与项目质量；对汽车行业、汽车内容赛道有高度热情，持续关注新车上市、行业热点、改装文化、新能源技术迭代；抗压能力强，可适配外出试驾、异地拍摄等工作场景； 5、其他加分项：持有驾驶证、熟练掌握路试试驾操作；熟悉特斯拉、新能源热门车型、轻量化改装风格优先；有成熟汽车作品、可直接展示过往汽车拍摄/策划项目案例者优先。
