1. 3年以上互联网产品运营、内容策略运营经验，有工具型产品、AI产品或搜索产品运营经验者优先； 2. 数据驱动，能够通过覆盖率、渗透率、漏斗转化等指标定位问题并设计运营策略； 3. 具备较强的业务分析和策略拆解能力，能够围绕交易目标拆解供给、人群、内容、流量和承接链路，并形成清晰的策略判断； 4. 对搜索召回、推荐分发和用户画像有基本理解，能够将业务问题转化为产品、算法和数据需求。
