1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品经验，有成功的社区、社交、内容相关产品工作经历优先，热爱汽车、赛车、内容社区者优先； 2、理解社区产品生态与增长模型，有实际的社区项目经验，对社区类产品有深刻的理解； 3、具备较强的产品设计、数据分析和项目推进能力，具备良好的产品审美，有高度的责任心和进取精神，具备团队意识。
