1. 人员画像：年龄28～32岁优先，女性，灵活变通，性格稳重。有较强的逻辑思维能力，处理事务有清晰的条理性，在各类突发事件方面，具有丰富的经验并具备很强的应变处理能力，能够及时、有效解决实际困难和问题；具备较好的心理承受能力及抗压力，对创业型互联网公司的行政服务观念有一定认知，有良好的沟通、协调、组织及统筹管理的能力和团队合作精神，能在高强度工作环境下工作并懂得举一反三； 2. 垂直经验要求：连续3年在15000㎡以上的商写项目进行管理，有20000㎡以上管理经验或两千人以上企业总部行政管理经验优先；熟悉承包商投标流程和岗位管理；熟悉公司行政后勤运营管理相关工作内容，具备独立运作物业管理能力，大专以上学历，管理类专业优先； 3. 专业技能要求：具备数据逻辑思维，熟练掌握办公软件的使用，熟练使用PowerBI、excel、飞书表格、多维表格等数据分析工具，掌握AI指令、有项目管理证书优先； 4. 工作素质要求：学习、沟通、理解问题能力、执行力和服务意识佳，具备优秀的主动解决问题意识和能力。工作稳定性较好，正式员工转外包；或者，之前外包经历工作内容类似且每段经历时间较为稳定；突然/紧急情况出现时，可灵活安排自己时间承接需求，积极响应解决问题； 5. 关键岗位要求：体系化服务、精细化管理、数字化成果。

1. 做好现场服务品质监管，实现成本节控：解决员工日常问题及经验沉淀，提高服务人员工作能力和素质，确保楼宇各项具体目标的实现并达到理想的最终目标；对楼宇清洁、消耗、餐饮，能源等支出进行合理预估，节约楼宇运营成本，拟定楼宇月度、季度、年度工作计划，定期做好现场工作总结；每月主动1项楼宇运营优化项目，包括但不限于成本节控、服务提升、团队稳定建议并实施； 2. 做好项目人员管理，提升人员稳定性：负责现场服务人员工作分配、汰换，定期与现场人员1on1沟通，制定年度员工活动，提升团队凝聚力；向上级推荐有发展前途的员工，以便日后提拔培养及进行相应的培训；准确评价下属员工的能力和工作表现进行评价，并做出相应的工作安排，挑选适宜的候选人填补空位；及时总结现场服务经验，对员工表现及时提出表扬或批评，并尽可能解决员工提出的各类问题； 3. 做好业务部门支持，高效响应业务需求：梳理各类经验文档，输出至全国懂车帝职场以复用；针对业务新增项目，冰柜运营、业务周边贩卖、外部健身房运营等，安排人员落实，提供规范化、系统化的管理模式。
