1. 负责新车全品类视频内容创作，主打新车试驾、实车测评、车型解读、新车上市资讯、选车攻略等视频脚本撰写、现场出镜、口播录制工作； 2. 持续跟进汽车行业新车动态、市场政策、车型迭代趋势，结合行业热点策划视频选题，产出高时效性、高专业度的新车视频内容； 3. 参与新车试驾、车展、品牌发布会等线下活动，独立完成现场出镜拍摄、素材录制、内容创作等全流程工作； 4. 精准梳理车型参数、配置、价格、优缺点等核心信息，转化为通俗易懂、适配视频传播的口播内容，保证内容专业准确、贴合用户选车需求； 5. 配合团队完成视频选题策划、内容更新、账号短视频运营，优化视频观感与内容质量，提升账号播放量、互动率等传播数据。

1. 本科及以上学历，新闻、中文、汽车、传媒相关专业优先，有无经验均可，优秀应届生可培养； 2. 热爱汽车行业，熟悉主流乘用车品牌及车型，了解新车市场行情、基础汽车参数与专业知识； 3. 具备优秀的脚本撰写、语言表达能力，镜头感出色、表现力自然，擅长将专业汽车知识转化为通俗生动的视频内容； 4. 具备良好的热点敏感度、选题思维和执行力，能适应不定期出差、线下活动拍摄撰稿工作； 5. 熟练面对镜头完成口播、试驾讲解、实景出镜，镜头状态自然大方，表现力强，无镜头恐惧症，可独立完成新车视频出镜内容创作； 6. 工作认真细致、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力和抗压能力，服从团队工作安排。
