1. 电商商品体系搭建：基于电商逻辑搭建并维护结构化商品信息，建立标准化的货盘组织框架，负责各类货源上翻的资质审核、商品信息审核与上架管理，确保货盘信息准确合规； 2. 商品管理：负责车系、车型、货源的选品与上架决策，跟进价格与库存的同步更新（与经销商侧系统 / 后台对接），保障前台信息实时准确； 3. 商品运营：规划爆款引流款、利润款、清库存款的组合结构，管理主推与长尾资源的分配，结合行业周期（新车上市、改款、促销季）制定货盘迭代节奏，输出月度 / 季度货盘规划，； 4. 协同业务、产品、达人团队，推动货盘 SKU 动销率、组品 GMV 贡献率持续提升。

1. 5年以上电商平台品类运营 / 商品运营经验，有汽车、大家居、高客单价行业经验者优先； 2. 熟悉电商货盘组织逻辑（SPU-SKU 体系、供给分层、爆款孵化），对汽车品牌 / 车系 / 车型结构有认知； 3. 熟悉商品信息治理方法论（字段标准化、完整率、质量巡检），有商家后台或供应链系统使用经验； 4. 数据驱动，能通过动销、转化、毛利与货盘质量数据反推选品和运营决策； 5. 具备跨团队协同能力，能推动价格、达人、货源侧多方资源落地。
