1、负责懂车帝3M数据产品的0-1建设，包括钱包对账、资金数据监控、服务数据工具等方向； 2、与业务部门深度合作，将业务需求转化为数据产品能力； 3、设计数据底层能力，落地数据应用场景（如资金风控、服务可视化、客户授信等），输出PRD文档及原型； 4、构建数据监控体系，保障数据准确性、时效性与安全性。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上数据产品经验，熟悉数据开发全流程，熟悉至少一个垂直领域，有相关项目落地经验； 2、具备强数据敏感度，能通过数据挖掘业务痛点，驱动业务效率和合规性提升； 3、熟练使用SQL进行数据分析，精通数据仓库建模、ETL流程，具备数据可视化能力； 4、优秀的逻辑思维与系统设计能力，能独立完成复杂业务拆解。
