1. 负责新能源二手车业务整体品牌营销全案策划与落地执行，包含品牌定位、心智打造、营销活动策划、传播内容规划等全链路工作，持续提升品牌在用户侧的心智渗透； 2. 负责制定品牌传播渠道策略，整合直播、短视频、端内及线下场景等多渠道资源，提升品牌曝光量级，带动有效线索规模增长； 3. 负责营销效果数据追踪、复盘分析，基于用户反馈、数据表现迭代优化营销策略，持续提升营销投入ROI； 4. 协同业务、产品、运营等跨部门团队，对齐品牌营销目标，保障品牌策略与业务发展方向一致。

1. 3年及以上汽车行业品牌营销、全案策划相关工作经验，有新能源汽车、二手车行业营销经验者优先； 2. 有4A广告公司、头部汽车垂类MCN机构工作经验，或主导过大型汽车品牌营销全案项目经验者优先； 3. 具备完整的品牌营销全链路能力，可独立完成从策略制定、内容策划、落地执行到效果复盘的全流程工作； 4. 熟悉汽车用户心智特点，了解新能源汽车、二手车行业营销玩法、传播渠道特性和用户决策路径； 5. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力、资源整合能力和项目管理能力，结果导向，可承受较强的工作压力； 6. 有成功的品牌心智打造、爆款营销案例经验者可放宽相关要求。
