1、负责制定对客策略，对接各业务线并对关键经营数据进行整合、分析； 2、负责懂车帝CRM、saas系统运营，根据业务目标与产品保持密切合作，包括但不限于推动产品升级、输出解决方案并推动落地，对产品的用户覆盖及应用效率负责； 3、以提升业务效率和运营效能为目标，通过对业务数据的分析，结合业务的实际情况，洞察业务问题并提出可行性建议和优化方案； 4、通过日常工作发现潜在风险，整合分析各类审核问题，提出合理化建议，优化审核流程，审核工具优化、制度迭代，提升审核人效。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上流程优化、销售运营管理相关工作经验，有汽车行业相关经验优先； 2、具备自我驱动能力，优秀的解决问题的能力，能独立分析和解决问题，对问题有足够的思考判断，并高效推动解决，具备较强的沟通协调和抗压能力； 3、具备数据分析能力，熟练操作Excel/PPT等办公软件； 4、具备运营能力，有丰富的团队协作经验。在以往的工作经验中能够输出标准方法论，或者通过作业工具和流程的优化，拿到更好结果的经验。
