1、负责汽车赛道商业化业务的市场与行业分析（包括但不限于广告、电商、本地生活），持续监控市场情况，定期输出行业报告，对市场发展与竞对策略给出解读，及时发现问题并定位原因； 2、支持并协同业务开展，负责市场策略，客户策略，产品策略，渠道策略等相关战略性研判，利用数据分析、外部调研等方式推导出有价值的业务见解，并成为业务部门可信赖的商业顾问； 3、关注宏观趋势，在对外部市场了解的基础上，制定中长期业务发展战略规划，并对可进入新兴领域持续探索与挖掘。

1、本科以上学历，5年以上商业策略、战略分析相关经验，有汽车行业、互联网广告、电商、本地生活相关经验优先； 2、具备业务战略远见，有能力剖析复杂的业务现状，并提供可行的思路和见解，能够着眼于中长期行业与业务发展，推动公司业务整体增长； 3、熟练使用各类软件及工具，具备较强的文档撰写能力与数据分析能力，能够独立开展研究项目工作； 4、有丰富的跨团队、部门的项目资源整合能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力及抗压能力，能够在多团队间通力协作，促成项目顺利交付。
