1、培训内容制作：结合汽车行业特性、商家/生态伙伴需求，共同开发适配的培训课程（含课件、案例、实操材料等），迭代优化培训内容，确保贴合汽车业务场景与学员需求； 2、培训项目管理：统筹对外汽车生态相关培训项目，从需求调研、方案策划、落地执行到效果评估全流程推进，协调讲师、物料及场地资源，确保项目高效落地； 3、内外部讲师管理：面向行业及生态伙伴持续引入资深专家和实战讲师，并面向公司内部持续运营发展兼职讲师团队，持续完善讲师相关的招募、认证、评级、清退机制，规范课酬、绩效及赋能管理等工作，保障认证讲师在行业的领先地位； 4、讲师运营与体系优化：负责讲师日常运营（认证面试、资质管理、课酬发放、授课反馈），搭建激励体系；跟踪汽车行业培训趋势，优化讲师管理及培训管理制度，推动培训工作标准化、精细化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上汽车行业对外培训、生态讲师管理相关经验优先； 2、具备成熟的内外部讲师管理、培训内容制作及项目统筹能力，能独立搭建讲师与培训体系； 3、具备较强的资源整合与落地执行能力，具备课程开发与讲师赋能能力者； 4、加分项：有汽车行业生态培训项目操盘经验、熟悉汽车行业业务逻辑，了解汽车生态商家培训需求。
